Steve Ruffino has worked in food service for more than 35 years and currently serves as a Kitchen Manager. Over the years, he has gained experience in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food quality, food safety, staff training, and daily kitchen management.
Steve takes pride in running an organized kitchen and leading by example. He believes that consistency, teamwork, and hard work are essential to providing a great experience for both guests and staff. His hands on approach and years of experience help create a positive and productive environment for everyone he works with.
