Residential Counselor
Nazareth Child and Family Connection is seeking individuals to work in a residential setting with male and female teens ages 12 to 21. 7 day on/7 day off live-in schedule. Must have a high school diploma and be at least 21 years of age. Some college preferred. Must have a working knowledge of word and excel and the ability to learn new programs with ease. Annual Salary $35,000+.
Intervention Specialist Part-Time Weekends
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to provide daily trauma informed care to teens in a residential setting. Seeking part-time, Saturdays and Sundays, 8 hours shifts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Can accommodate those who only want to work every second weekend.
- Caring for the safety, security and welfare of residents.
- Monitoring mental health and behavior and providing guidance to all residents.
- Coordinating and overseeing all daily activities in the home
- Ensuring residents are following all program rules and regulations.
- Ensuring program follows all state license rules and regulations.
- Assist residents in developing coping techniques
- Provide daily transportation to appointments and after school activities
- Assist in developing treatment planning goals and helping residents achieve their goals.
- Complete daily documentation in a timely manner.
- May need to physically restrain clients in the event of self-harm or harm to others.
- Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma and a valid Driver's License. Some college and/or experience is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits. EOE.

Foster Care Recruitment Specialist
The Foster Care Recruitment Specialist's primary responsibility is recruiting potential foster families to attend training and become licensed foster families. This position will work with the Director of Foster Care to develop a comprehensive plan for effective recruitment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Foster Care to develop a comprehensive plan to recruit potential foster families
- Complete the necessary contacts and schedule meetings, events, and speaking events to provide information on our foster care program, the foster parent training, and the licensing process.
- Provide the Director of Foster Care with reports outlining recruitment activities regularly.
- Provide the Director of Foster Care with potential foster family information in a timely manner.
- Be able to use appropriate computer programs such as EHR, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and The WorxHub. Have the ability to learn new programs with ease.
- Participation in professional development opportunities.
- Participate in agency fundraising activities and community advocacy activities to support the mission of NCFC.
- Represent the agency effectively in the local and professional communities as primary responsibilities allow.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the President/CEO, Director of Foster Care, or other management personnel.

Program Manager
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking a Program Manager for Residential Programs. Our residential programs serves children who are in the custody of Social Services due to abuse and/or neglect.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Interviewing and on boarding of new direct care staff members.
- Providing initial and ongoing training to direct care staff members working in the residential homes.
- Assist in identifying on-going training needs and identifying resources to fulfill that need.
- Providing on-going supervision to the direct care staff and program oversight.
- Ensures all homes are following all applicable internal policies, and state and accreditation standards.
- Participate in Performance and Quality Improvement Committee.
- Complete performance evaluations and corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in ensuring our trauma informed model is implemented.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings internally and externally as needed.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support direct staff during after hours emergencies. This may require coming to the home during evenings and weekend hours.
- Maintain scheduling of direct care staff to ensure appropriate coverage at all times to comply with state mandated ratios.
Qualified candidates must have a four year degree, (preferably in human services) and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in the field of children and family services. Candidates must also display strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Awake Night Residential Counselor
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking an Awake Night Residential Counselor to work with male youths in a residential setting. We are seeking both part time and full time positions. The main duties include:
- Ensuring all residents remain in the bedrooms throughout the night; completing bed checks periodically.
- Responding to the needs of residents during the sleep time hours and addressing behaviors as needed.
- Completing required paperwork.
- Complete assigned cleaning/organizing/maintenance tasks as requested during shift.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Mental Health Therapist
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking a full-time licensed mental health therapists for SA and MH outpatient services for children and adults.
Duties include:
- Complete intake assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Provide diagnosis and treatment planning based on clinical experience and knowledge for both children and adults.
- Complete all required records in a 24 hour period.
- Participate in monthly supervision; individual and group.
- Qualified candidates must have a masters degree and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Must have a valid NC Driver's License.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Licensed Psychologist
Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking a full-time licensed psychologist to complete psychological testing and provide individual and family counseling. The position will provide services in Salisbury, NC, and Lexington, NC. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. and be fully licensed.
