Joe Saglimbeni – MA, LCMHC-A, NCC Clinician

Mr. Saglimbeni joined Nazareth Child and Family Connection in January of 2024. He provides outpatient clinical services at their outpatient office in Salisbury and on our main campus in Rockwell.

Joe has worked as an associate-level clinician for two private practices in Charlotte-Mecklenburg County. He also worked as a school-based therapist in Iredell-Statesville Schools with Children’s Hope Alliance to meet the mental health and developmental needs of children from kindergarten to seniors in high school. His trauma-informed style encourages self-reflection, perspective building, and client participation. He strives for his clients to make progress every day and believes that no measure of progress is negligible. He received his license to practice from the NC Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors in 2021, his Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2021, and his Undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from The University of South Carolina at Columbia in 2009. He lives in Mooresville, NC where he resides with his three children.
