Ian Lins – LCMHC-A Clinician
Ian Lins, LCMHCA, graduated from Catawba College with his Masters of Health Sciences in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2022. He completed his undergraduate degree at Appalachian State University. He has experience working with children, teens, adults, as well as those in recovery from substance use. Ian believes that the most crucial part of therapy is establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with his clients. He utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as Solution Focused therapy. When he’s not at work, he’s at the gym or hanging out with his cats. Ian enjoys doing anything outdoors, especially fishing.
