Terea Phelps Level 1 Program Manager
Terea Phelps joined Nazareth Child & Family Connections on December 8, 2025. Terea pursued higher education with distinction, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Johnson C. Smith University (2018–2022), graduating Summa Cum Laude. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Walden University (2024–2025), graduating Magna Cum Laude. Professionally, Terea has served as a sworn Probation and Parole Officer in Mecklenburg County, dedicating her career to justice and community safety. She is also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Cabarrus County, where she upholds the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. Her favorite quote, “Veni, Vidi, Vici”—I came, I saw, I conquered—reflects her determined spirit and commitment to excellence.
